Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing Shards on the ShatterMC store. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
💳 1. Refund Policy
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of virtual currency, we do not offer refunds for Shard purchases under any circumstances once they have been credited to your account.
- In-Game Purchases: Ranks, items, or perks purchased in-game using your Shards are also final and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged back into Shards.
- Chargebacks: Any attempt to force a refund through a dispute, chargeback, or unauthorized transaction claim with your bank or PayPal will result in an automatic, permanent, and unappealable ban from the entire ShatterMC network and our Discord server.
📜 2. Terms of Service
- Virtual Currency: You are purchasing "Shards," a premium virtual currency for the ShatterMC Minecraft network. Shards, and the in-game items bought with them, have no real-world monetary value and cannot be cashed out or traded for real money.
- Rule Violations: Purchasing Shards does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are muted, jailed, or banned for breaking the rules, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unspent Shards or lost access to the network.
- Economy Changes: ShatterMC reserves the right to modify the in-game Shard prices of ranks, items, and perks at any time to maintain a fair and balanced server economy.

ShatterMC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Mojang AB, Microsoft, or Notch. Please do not contact Mojang regarding any issues with purchases made on this store.
Payment Support: If your Shards have not appeared in-game within 15 minutes of purchasing, please do not open a chargeback. Instead, join our Discord and open a Support Ticket with your transaction ID.
